Astrology Month February 2017 - Planetary Vibes

Welcome to February 2017: a short month with a lot of movements!!! Early this morning the Moon and Venus had their second last encounter in Pisces highlighting unconditional love… and for me that is the key for the month; to embrace the changes that are ahead with the dance of the Moon & the Sun showing 2 Eclipses:

• ·   Lunar @ 22 degrees of Leo for us to create a new path from our heart – Feb 11, 2017
• ·    Solar @ 8 degrees of Pisces to close a chapter and heal our inner self with acceptance – Feb 27, 2017

Mars has arrived to its energy (Aries) after 2 long years bringing confidence and courage! And Mercury will move to Aquarius on Feb 7, 2017. Plus Venus will move to Aries on Saturday where it will remain until June with a break of 26 days back in Pisces in April. The Universe is so clever that it brings change but also gives us energy to deal with the change.

Jupiter in Libra will start its retrograde period for us to validate beliefs and let us work with our self-worth during the long trip of Venus in Aries so in June we are ready to work on relationships.

Let’s open our arms to change in February, the month of Cupid. In Roman Mythology Cupid (Latin Cupido, meaning "desire") is the god of desire, erotic love, attraction and affection.

Full Moon in Cancer - January 12, 2017 Australia EST

Today January 11, 2017 at 9:48 am the Moon enters to her home – Sign of Cancer - to fully blossom tomorrow night at 10:33pm Standard Summer Australia time with the Full Moon.  Last night the sky was showing this ‘heart’ preparing the sky to welcome the First Full Moon of the Year. On January 12, 2017 we have the Full Moon @ 22 degrees of the sign of Cancer for us to focus our attention on family, our home and to nurture our own needs.

We did not have the full moon in Cancer in 2016; the last full illumination of the Moon from its own sign was in December on Christmas day in 2015. With no Full Moon in Cancer in 2016 I felt it was a year of hard work…. Don’t you think? Maybe because 2016 did not offer the opportunity to connect with the Full Moon in Cancer and bring our attention to balance energy between Sun in Capricorn (hard work & career goals) and Full Moon in Cancer (home & family).

Cancer is water energy to connect with our intuition to nurture ourselves… and at the moment when we all are looking at the life of others…in one way or another eg. Moon in Gemini & Mercury direct in Sagittarius - Mentally we are fast and we want to be where the action is not to miss anything important!

The Moon enters the multitasking Gemini today January 9, 2017 @9:06 am where it will remain until Wednesday 11^th at 9:48am! We will be busy doing many different activities under its energy + with Mercury (the planet ruler of this versatile sign) direct from last night in Sagittarius…it might get very busy.

But we need to recall that Mercury restarts its motion just like a ball picking up speed….
